I already have experience with launching a Kickstarter, but with my launching a new one in a few weeks, I want to hear from y'all what you do the first day of the launch to see if there is anything I should add to my to-do list.

For example:

-How do you reach out to potential backers who are not on your email list?

-What percentage of the goal or how many backers do you want to reach within the first 24 hours?

-How do you make the announcement that the campaign is live?
