Best way to fulfill 'choose your own' rewards?

So I'm planning a Kickstarter for a music album and wanted to include a 'download code for one of our albums of your choice' reward in some of the pledge levels. Now I'm not sure what the most efficient way to distribute this is.

The easiest way I can imagine would be to have a site where you can enter your download code and then choose one of the albums but I couldn't find anything like this. I do have a site set up where you can enter download codes for specific albums though. But each code is bound to only one album, so I can't implement the 'choose your own album' thing this way.

Assuming I kept this setup, then I would just need to know who wants which album and send the corresponding code. I'm currently leaning towards asking for this information in the backer survey. Is it possible to include a custom field for this? I never crowdfunded anything before, so I'm not sure how this feature works.
I want to automate this process as much as possible. Of course I could just ask everyone directly but with too many backers that would become very confusing and tedious.

Do you have any other ideas or know a site where I can implement my first idea?

    Thanks.
