Hi,

I wanted to start by making a quick intro as I am new to the site. My name is Scott and I am currently in the process of getting ready to launch a Kickstarter campaign and this forum has provided tons of valuable information.

Through all of my research and set up time I stumbled across this article from James who launched the Roost Stand campaign.

I found this technique to be an awesome way to engage your backers and gives them incentive to share your project. One thing I found was that his method although effective took lots of time and money to set up.

What I was wondering is first of all what do you think of this technique for campaign promotion?

Second thing is that would you use this service if it was available for $100, currently the above set up to do it yourself costs $150 per month so most campaigns are going to spend 300 - 450 on it. With a few simple tweaks to my personal set up I could make it available for a fraction of the cost and it's much easier to implement and maintain.

Anyways just looking for some feedback and to gauge interest level. If people are not interested I will just use it for my own campaign however if people are interested in using it I could probably have it ready in a weeks time for testing.
