Looks good, is the example 80 pages as that book should look massive!

The only thing I can think of is that some of the words are hard to read, the letters look too close and the R's look a bit weird...gave me a bit of a headache which is ironic with this type of "positive thinking book".

How about on each page at the bottom, some quotes from famous people about mental health? Or those who suffer from mental health and recovered (in their own way) - UK actor Stephen Fry is one who might be interested in supporting this project.
