    Hi,
we are a group of Italian Software and Hardware Engineer and we started our first project:Pimpy.

Currently Home Automation shows two limits: installation requirements and costs.

In order to break these limitations Pimpy employs the latest technologies in the industry.

With no need of installation Pimpy is able to manage all remote controller equipped devices, such as TVs, air conditioning systems, old video recorders and stoves, awnings and automatic gates.

Pimpy is not only a remote controller though! It is also able to integrate new generation domotic devices like smart plugs, Wi-Fi light bulbs, video surveillance, robot hoovers, automatic locks, etc.

    Image

Pimpy employs lots of different set up approaches. In addition to powerful time-delay set ups, people can be localized through either movement sensors or smartphone’s GPS support, rooms back home can be checked to be sure they are empty.

Pimpy will control heating and air conditioning systems through temperature, humidity and air quality sensors in order to both be comfortable at home and save lots of money.

An additional saving comes from the movement and brightness sensors combined together to control the Wi-Fi light bulbs or the big complaiances being connected to the smart sockets in order to have them turned on in sequence during the night to avoid overloads.

Although the smart design perfectly fits modern furniture, Pimpy’s ceramic version style also gets along with more classical furniture.
Plastic versions are available in white or colored, while Pimpy Deluxe is available made of either terracotta or the beautiful refractory clays.
