Am I dead in the water?

    by t1supplies » Sat Apr 25, 2015 9:06 pm

I spent a few weeks beforehand drumming up some support for my campaign http://www.kck.st/1GmKgvD. All my friends and family said they would support it at launch. It's been a few days now and only one of them actually came through... So we're a few days in with 5 backers... All of the articles I've read said we're pretty much dead in the water already. I'm honestly discouraged. I even started a contest for the launch event giving away $100+ of free stuff! 5 people on the entire internet responded to it. All you had to do was post on fb/twitter using #gamingsupplyrevolution and you'd be entered. People don't even want to do that.

From my research only about 400 people have seen the campaign. I keep trying different ways to get the word out there, but the view count barely moves and the backer count is dead. So good game already?

Yeah, you're dead in the water, based upon your project funding goal that you set for yourself.

Contests are prohibited. See item # 2 at this link:
