Yea that's right, I'm successfully funded. How, you might ask!? Well let's say it was daily marketing and project related posts three times a day to my Instagam community of 50,000 followers that did the trick and I reached out to people directly on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. I had a few backers from Tumblr as well. Most of my support came from social networking, I believe. Crowdfunding is proving one way to monetize my art and sell fine-art prints as a photographer. I'm going to be hitting the open road in three weeks fulfilling this life long dream!
