I've seen this idea and my thought was to try it myself.

So here is our KS campaign:

It runs on GBP so the minimum amount is about 1GBP what is about 1,7$!

I tried to take you up on this tonight but my card was declined

have you filled the card form correctly?
I sometimes forget to fill the expire date or put spaces between the numbers of the card.
