I don't believe KickTraq does PR (though I may be mistaken?) I think they only offer banner advertisement options. Any press release website cannot guarantee media coverage (unless it's syndicated PRs). See my breakdown in this thread: do-press-releases-work-t1934.html

I have struggled to find any solid results from press releases we have sent out. Although what we have found as important is to have a press release on hand to send out as soon as someone asks.
