Navajo Tea project - Time running out

    by kentlyons » Tue Feb 25, 2014 7:05 pm

I'm new to the crowd funding world and have about 5 days left in my first project. My family and I are Navajo and trying share a traditional herbal tea with the rest of the world. We're at 50% of our goal but only have a few days left.

I really did not understand the whole "self promoting" aspect of crowd funding until I've started to read-up these last couple of days.

We're almost out of time but does anyone have advice on last minute things we can do to increase our exposure? Here is what we have done.
-Posted to our Facebook fan page
    -Posted on various forums
-Selected to the Small Batch America worthwhile projects to support

We're probably too late in the game for press release/blog/media coverage?

I think we have a great project and we could do so much with these funds. I'd love any help we can get and any feedback about our product. Thanks!

Hi kentlyons - Hmm... that's really tough. Producing results that quickly is always a challenge. You could focus on marketing your highest tiers to local supporters - would need about 3-7 of these pledges to get you over the top.
