    drawing (blanks) funding has started!

    by Drawing-blanks » Wed Feb 05, 2014 3:39 pm

Hi Everyone! I wanted to share a project I have been working on with my friends. Drawing (blanks) is draw and guess party game that marries the amusement of sketching with an unconventional deck of suggestive and shocking cards. We are currently on Kickstarter trying get some funding for a production run. We had so much fun making the game and our playtesters had so much fun playing it. Please check us out and help us spread the word!

I like it! Congrats on your pledges so far! My suggestions:

    1. I was confused until I saw the first two drawings (jailbait and morning wood). Would get to these frames as quickly as possible and do a shorter intro.

    2. Would include yourself in the video.

    3. Maybe do a sample play video (below the teaser video)

    4. Have you been marketing it to the college crowd at all or bars that have board games? I also know quite a few meetup.com groups that do board game events (at least in NYC) that you may want to consider reaching out to. Usually, it's an excuse to drink, meet new people, and play a game like cards against humanity.

Thanks for the feedback! Our plan is to put up a game play/interview style video this weekend, we are working out the logistics of that right now. We are based out of a college town (UFL) and have an open play test set up for tomorrow on campus. We hope the turn out really boosts interest. :D
