Would you like your post to be here?

    by admin » Wed Dec 11, 2013 9:02 pm

    Hi Everyone,

Thank you for contributing to this budding community.

If you would like your post to be *sticky* on the forum as this post is, you must do the following:

    1. Contribute something each day to the forum. This could include:
    - Helping other users out.
    - Posting interesting or helpful articles.
    - Reporting on your fundraising efforts and what you have learned/are learning.

    2. After seven days of doing the above, leave a comment on this post and I will then look up your username and the posts you have been making. If you met the requirement, I'll make your post sticky for the next 7 days.

    Questions?

Hey Sal, what do you think about making my "I'll back your Kickstarter project!" post sticky for the rest of the month?

I think all project owners would agree however! .. 7 days of checking... we mean, 7 days! is a lllllllonnnnggg time when it comes to a critically short time Kickstarter campaigns. Honestly Some of these projects discover this amazingly kickstarty topicacal forum in the last 5 days of their campaign nearing its end.. 1 it would discourage them from postinf, because they already know they cant get to sticky post status and 2. They need the most help...... it's true.

our two cents on the "7 day check up"

Thanks for your thoughts. Okay, the way I was intending it to work would be - if someone interacts for 3 days they would get three 3 days of exposure. I wasn't sure the traffic would be enough to compensate in terms of awareness and possible pledges unless it was 7 days worth. I will consider changing the offer or doing something more like VaporStarter's initiative (I'll back your Kickstarter project).
