Aircon is superb stuff though as anywhere else it may have problems with proper functioning. One time I had a problem with my aircon — the fan loop was damaged, so there was no cool air. After some time of malfunction diagnosis, the fan loop was replaced with another one. Btw, it wasn’t so expensive — not more than 100 $, including repair. Also, the company, which services I accepted, provides chemical and steam wash. Chemical wash helps to get rid of mold, germs, and microbes, which gather over years. At the same time, the steam wash is more eco-friendly, and mostly is used by environmentally conscious people; this method implies applying jets of great-pressured steam to remove dirt from blocked areas. I, personally, found aircon servicing so much helpful in my issue

The weather has been really unpredictable lately. That's why I often use air conditioning because, for me, there is nothing more beneficial than my own comfort and convenience in my apartment.
