We've only worked with ORION ERP and Horizon ERP so far, and they're both perfect. If you're a small manufacturer, then definitely try the second one. I've heard that Marg ERP 9+ Pharmacy Software and hCue Pharmacy Software are pretty good as well. If you're willing to spend more money, then try the Winpharm Pharmacy Management Software. I have just googled it, and it has 4.8 out of 5 stars. Also, do you guys use a software documentation tool? If you're only getting started with your pharmaceutical business, then click here and get yourself a documentation tool. It's very much needed, trust me!
