It looks like this is a problem that others may have encountered, but after spending more than enough time searching and trying to solve it, I'm still left with the same problem.
This seems to be a CIS firewall issue, and the only way to fix it is to restore the point before it was installed, and then never use the program. Given that I would like to use it and HAVE PAID for it, this would not be the decision I would want to make.
So, my goal is to use my browser (Firefox or whatever) to connect directly to my router so that I can make changes. The router is a normal router without any problems, and it can't even connect, load, or allow any input.
If there are any CLEAR guidelines to add to the firewall, Global, Port, or Network Settings that can help allow the connection, I would really appreciate it if I haven't already made such an attempt.
Thank you at advanced & hope to resolve this issue quickly (before I get my subscription back and find an alternative protection that will allow access to the router.)
