    KickStarter Initiate

    by Zelanar » Mon Oct 07, 2013 8:13 pm

Hey everyone, I'm Zelanar, Zel, Tom which ever. I'm here cause i'm interested in kickstarter. I find some of the stuff that gets crowd sourced absolutely fantastic.
I'm quite interested in getting to know those who have done Kickstarters and how they went about achieving it :)

Hey Zel. In my experience (from interviewing many creators), taking minimum 3 months to prepare for a campaign is a good place to start. It depends on how much of an audience you have or how knowledgable you are about internet marketing. The better prepared you are, the higher your chances of success. If you spend some time studying other campaigns, forming connections with influencers before you need something from them, and getting together an awesome pitch and video, you will be in good shape when you launch.
