I looked at your questionnaire and tried to participate, but it really didn't apply to my situation. I'm not really a Kickstarter contributor, as much as a creator only. I've been involved in 3 crowd-funded projects, 2 of them under a different publishing company, though they were my projects. It says I've backed one project, and that was my own under the publisher as creator, so I could participate in comments discussion. So none of your questions applied to me. Sorry.

You'd be better off getting particpation from my project pledge contributors, they're the ones who have answers for you.
