video conversion rates

Could I ask what a 'good' video conversion rate is on a Kickstarter project i.e. how many video viewings vs completed viewings vs pledges? My project
http://kck.st/11Vr0QG is getting about 6% viewing to pledges but I have no context? Does anyone have any stats please? Thanks Mike

I've got around 15% conversion from video plays, and about a 25% completion rate on video plays.

From the campaign creators I've talked with, the rates really vary. Some are 5%, some as high as 40% and overall about a 5-10% conversion in terms of people who pledge after watching the video.
