Negative launchboom reviews here?

We are currently evaluating for a fully managed campaign. I see that launchboom does this from start to finish, but what I don't see is if anyone has been scammed by them, or even any reviews at all.

I have the same questions. From the research I've done, they seem to offer a good service, but I'd like to hear from others who have used them.
