I am Sarah and my company is ACLeathercraft. We handcraft leather goods including slip covers, checkbooks, diary covers, blets, dog collars and our very special and unique leather roses.

Our campaign has 31 days to run (at time of writing) - hoping we will get some more traffic and a few helpful comments!!

I am new to all of this (as I am sure others are) and a little disappointed at how UNwilling so many of the successfully funded campaigners are in backing or supporting others.

I, for one, am more than happy to cross-promote and even back where possible

Hi Sarah- Welcome to the forum. I've always had a fascination with leather. I own like 5 leather diaries. How's the campaign going? Yea - I think that over time campaign creators will be more open to the idea of giving back to the community and helping each other out rather than just self-promoting.

Well this is a great forum - would be good to see some more activity as you give some excellent advice and tips.

Just remember - you can never have too many leather diaries, journals, checkbooks!! and if there is someone special in your life then our small roses are made to perfection

I can only keep fingers crossed for our campaign as I have done more networking than I have ever done in my life!!!

Can you choose the color of the rose for the 10 pound pledge level? I saw in your video there was one that was white and one that was red - or is that just for the 60 pound pledge level?

Of course you can choose! You can have white, red, pink, black, blue snake, white with gold. I will custom make whatever you like (within reason)

I am not making money on my rewards, I am simply trying to get more exposure and sell enough to buy the leather we want!! When people see the quality of our work they often come back for more

Cool. I just backed you at the 13 pound level. Hope it helps. I would keep mentioning the gift idea to potential backers, as that is what promoted me to pledge. Please let other Kickstarters know about the forum
