Epic Revival of a failing Kickstarter Project - BASEbelt

Hey guys,
My name is Paul Watkins an entrepreneur from Hawaii and I just wanted to share with a passionate community of Kickstarter enthusiast like myself how I planned (and possibly succeeded) to revive my Kickstarter project. Most of you will read this post after I have revived the project so I'll take that into consideration in this blog writing.
So as of today, I am only 9% funded with 3k of a 35k total goal. I have a product that can be produced in a large quantity and it is sold at a price point that should be an impulse buy too many people. The BASEbelt is considered a commodity so it won't be searched out to purchase like Food, Water, or other required items. With that being said my problem is to get exposure and have people view my product. With only 600+ views on my Kickstarter video and a 9% funding rate 2 weeks into the project, this shows I didn't do a good job preparing during the prelaunch to get exposure and Kickstarter (as a business) won't put my project at the forefront of exposure as they need to support the projects doing well with their algorithm. How I plan to revive my BASEbelt project you ask?
Well since I realized my problem is exposure and I haven't done a good job pre-launch to get initial backers interest, I need a social influencer with a large daily newsletter to cover my product. This is what I have set up for and the release date is tomorrow 10/3/17. If successful, I should get the visibility I should have made in preparation for the initial launch and I may be picked up by Kickstarters algorithm for Projects we Love category to get further exposure.
I look forward to sharing the results and for those lucky enough to view this post today can watch it live to see how it worked out here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/775005211/basebelt-this-pack-will-unlock-your-next-life-hack
