User Control Panel not working??

Does anyone have a problem not being able to enter the UCP tab?
Trying to add a signature but when I try to head over to the UCP tab it brings me right back to Board index.
Tried on different computers and different web browsers. Same results.
Any help would be nice. Thanks!
