Trying out a survey

Hi

I am just learning about setting up surveys here. I sent out an email survey to my son & he comes back with "why don't you use a Google survey, mum?" So I find Google forms & bash out this survey. I know the graphics are a bit cobbled together, but this is for a super quick informal survey to get some quick feedback on colour options. Take a look (and fill it out):

I love how simple it is to set up! Learning something new every day.

Ok but what's the incentive for people to fill it out? It's a bit like Kickstarter, the proceeds help the owner - but what do the backers get in exchange for their time?

What will the people get if they fill this survey?

Our first survey was done with a really tight time restraint, so we just put out a brief survey & asked all of our closest contacts for help basically. This worked well as an initial attempt. We are now planning to do a more detailed survey, and want to include a prize draw this time. The prize will be the item that we are asking questions about in the survey and the winner will be chosen randomly from the email addresses that we receive. What is the most simple way to do this legally in Canada?
