Thousand backers how did they do it?

Every time i get a new backer i feel like somersaulting
Its a great feeling..
I cant help but imagine how those with a thousand backers campaigns feel.
My current campaign is on my animation project titled The Secret Princess

Probably they did a large prep work. I also had not more then 25 backers on my project. Still don't know how get more,

Thousand backers.
I am going to launch one soon in next few weeks.
Theoretically speaking, to get thousand backers or many backers, you have to promote your product really well.
Well use of press, bloggers and other social network service.
Also, you need to have really nice teasers that catch backers mind.
(*These tips are assuming that your product is good enough and creative.)

Advice is great, but you can't apply what worked for one campaign and compare it with another. The most important thing, I believe - is your campaign page.
If you can make your campaign page attractive, interesting and make backer's trust you then converting potential backers into actual backers should be easier.
Then it's a case of connecting with the right audience, using the right pitches and getting influencers in your niche to write about you.
