Hi everyone,
My name is Johnson, and I have started a kickstarter campaign for a watch brand:

The momentum was great. The campaign was funded 50% on the first day; however, it has been slowing down A LOT.
I guess my biggest question is, what do i do to increase backers without paying a ton of money to get advertised on my niche's blogger sites.
It seems only a very few of them will do a free or cheap feature, but the rest are asking for $350+. Im a full time student and employed part-time so I can't really afford that :/

I've been gaining about an average of 5 backers a day, which will fund the project IF it stays that way. But I understand that there is a slow period where some projects don't get funded at all on certain days. I was wondering what should I do to keep that average backer per day number up.

Try posting on Facebook's gropus or even Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter etc. That may help a lot.

Thanks Mazzir. Yes, I've been posting on wath related facebook posts. It seems that the kickstarter metrics are telling me the majority (85%) are coming directly from kickstarter. I've have been running facebook ads and so on and only got 7 backers from Facebook. I'm wondering for everyone else, what did you guys do in the mid campaign to promote it. Thanks!

You can also try with crowdfunding promotion agencies like you just pay them for promoting of your Kickstarter campaign. Prices starts from 30$ as I checked one of them today.

Oh nice. I have tried e-mobile software and crowdfundsuccess. What do you recommend? I also read the other threads about some of them being scams?

I definitely recommend using facebook group or facebook ads.

If you are thinking about post-kickstarter promotion as well. Some marketing service (which requires money) may boost your business.

It's to be expected (and even Kickstarter notes this) that projects slow WAY down after the first week and pick up at the end.

It's amazing as you are running this campaign on a quite limited budget. Would you like to share some experience about how you made the rest 20% and even more?

I would be very thankful for further details about how you made it from 80% to 240% despite having the trouble you mentioned!
