Hello from Scotland

Good evening everyone,
My name is David Langan and I reside in a small village near Aberdeen, Scotland. I have been a pro/semi-pro landscape photographer for 8 years and recently launched my very first crowdfunding project on Kickstarter in the Art Book sub category of Publishing.
The book is all about revealing the unseen beauty and subtleties of a largely unimpressive stand of juvenile birch trees. The project is called "A Boscage of Birch".
My project was launched a week ago and have achieved 40% funding so far. However, the initial surge of backers has slowed right down, as I am sure has been the experience of many project creators, and heard about this forum so I elected to join to try and get as much advice and hints and tips as possible.
