Prescription that Changes Cancer

Hello. We are Bridgette and Nanci and we have been working on our cancer greeting card line for awhile now. We have both lost family members to cancer and have family members still fighting. We discovered that there were no cancer cards that make you laugh(which technically makes sense), so we started creating them. They were our most popular line. Most customers bought multiple cards from 6 to 30 at a time. We did a little research and learned that most family and friends are there for their cancer warriors when they are diagnosed, but unintentionally forget to send support months, even years down the road while these warriors are still fighting. The Warrior Cancer Prescription was born.

Cancer doesn't end when treatment does and neither should support.

Motto: Laughter is a medicine with no side effects.
Favorite quote: "Remember to
still be there a few months after the diagnosis, when it's not so new
anymore. The fanfare will have died down, but your friend will still
be struggling and needing logistical and emotional help." ~ Elana
Miller, MD

Thanks!

Hi, I think a cancer card is a great idea as yes you're right there aren't any available in the shops. It's easy to pretend that cancer doesn't exist, but it effects pretty much everyone in one way or another so I congratulate you on your project.

Quick Question: You make > print > send the cards
- But there's no hand written note?

You send the cards to the buyer > who then fills them out and gives to the cancer patient?

With you being in the US how does it work with backers from abroad?

If you'd like further advice, feel free to get in touch!

GOOD questions;
1. It's digitally signed by us with a message from the buyer that they choose.
2. We send the card to the Cancer patient direct. (signed, sealed and delivered)
3. If you are referring to the rewards for the backer abroad we do send them the rewards, the only difference is our Friends across the pond have to pay a little more for postage.

I hope we answered your questions... Thanks for inquiring. We would love for you to pledge.....

You did! I'm wondering if a hand-written note from the buyer > then scanned and printed by you would be more effective and personal?

Actually I was referring to say you sending a card from the US say to the UK. Would take over a week (at best), perhaps in this case...it's best to send them altogether or in small batches?

I'm more interested to help out campaigns then back them :) We have a variety of options to promote projects.
