I don't feel like Vomiting anymore....Now it is just a feeling of failure and let down.... Kind of crazy that 4 days in and I feel like I have failed already. I was hoping to be over 30% funded, and I just passed 2%.

I thought I had a solid video, pictures and copy....Any advise?

Hi Steve,

I just saw this...I really think it should be more popular than it is. It might be the price of $29 for what some people might see as a "bit of cloth" but the photos and material explaination helps.

You paid Backerclub to help you? What did they say they did or hasn't their work kicked in yet? Who did you reach out to?

Not sure if I should advise you to restart this project, it looks great and you seem to have done everything right.

Thank you for the feed back,
Looking at the very few competitors in the space (high quality security blankets) retail prices come in at $34-$39. These really are still made of polyester (that breeds bacteria, ever wounder why your gym clothes still smell after you wash them?) and are design as an after thought in design and durability.

Backersclub- I did submit my project to them 4 days before launch, they got back to me 2 days after launch (6 days total over the weekend) and said that they "approved" my project. They claim that they only accept 3 out of ever 10 submissions. The have supposedly "kick in" and brought me 1 new backer.
I have been reaching out to Bloggers of "organic baby" stuff, Mommy bloggers in general and even a few "made in USA" places and local media.
Apparently my "reaching out" is not working (emails, twitter conversations, facebook). I should have started the "reach out" at least a month before launch. I was just concerned with no video and very few things above a basic website I didn't have much to talk about.

I will gladly answer any other questions regarding my experience.

Yeah a 6 day wait isn't really acceptable. I'm working on a project where we're reaching out with a couple of days before launch.

Not ideal, but we're working hard on it.

I see your point about bacteria, is this point labelled on your KS page as I don't remember seeing it.

I meant to ask if you'd offer a tier where a kid's name is embossed onto the nuzzle?

It seems you've put alot of work into this project, hope it works out! Let me know if need help
