Property is the latest area where technology-focused entrepreneurs think they can make it big.
Although it might seem unlikely that buying an office building could be done through an app, as easily as renting a room through Airbnb, in the US last year more than $1 billion (Dh3.67 billion) was invested through more than 100 commercial real estate start-ups using elements of crowdfunding.
