Just launched my first kickStarter yesterday and after 9 hours reached my goad of 10k!

Things have started to slow down a bit though.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe you could release more of your "early bird" rewards?
But I'm assuming that might be a bit costly for you :/

Oh yeah, check how much % of your bakers are from Kickstarter and other sources. The first boost of backers tend to be from the "Discover (New)" section of kicksarter, and you'll only be there for a few days. So you have to find some way to get into the "Popular", or market it yourself.

Good luck!

Any ideas of how to get into the popular section? My pledging has slowed down significantly.

More backers, get into blogs articles. <- I have around 5 blogs that wrote about me and tweets, some even from TED speakers, but I didn't get them to send those tweets or write the blogs. They did it themselves, so I can't help you there :/

Oh actually, for the twitter, they saw my only 2 tweets and started re-tweeting themselves, so start a twitter account at the least.

Neat product! I'm hoping I can learn a bit from your video, too. Good luck!

Wow that success is fascinating! I'm not sure how long your campaign is for and there's a chance that it's ended by now but it's awesome that you over-exceeded your goal by that percentage! If possible, can you give me some tips on how you were able to reach out/market your campaign? I just recently launched a campaign for my independent film that really needs some help. Thanks so much! Here's a link to the kickstarter page too
