First ever Bay Area Comic Antholo

Seven San Francisco based comic artists are putting together an anthology of seven short comics about life in the San Francisco Bay Area. The comics range in style and genre from slice of life and romance, to fantasy and sci-fi. We are currently running a Kickstarter campaign to fund the printing of our book and I am contacting your site to ask if you would be interested in promoting the book and Kickstarter. The Kickstarter campaign is here http://kck.st/1MijhFk from September 5th until October 5th!
The mission of the Bay Area Comic Anthology (BACA) is to give all the contributors the full experience of making a comic, from the initial pitch to the finished product. To do this, each contributor wrote a script for another contributor to draw, and who in turn is also drawing a script that was written by another contributor. Kind of like a daisy chain of comic writers and artists. We have writers illustrating, artists writing, needless to say we have learned a lot! From the initial script to the finished art, we all collaborated and workshopped our comics, giving feedback to produce the best work we can! We have been working on this for the past 10 months, which resulted in a finished 80 page book. We are about to start the campaign and we would love it if you could talk about us in your publication/blog.
If you want to see some of our work, you can check out some of our progress and art on the facebook page (facebook.com/bayareacomicanthology), or our blog (bayareacomicanthology.tumblr.com)
Share the kickstarter and spread the word!! Thanks!
