Hi there,

We currently have £10,700 backed out of our £30,000 goal which we think is a great start to the campaign! We had a brilliant launch party at the C4DI in Hull which really helped get the world out.

Over the last three years 19 year old engineer, Alex Youden, has put a lot of research in to making the worlds first truly modular 3D printer and this campaign is the result of his work. We'd love to keep the momentum going, so please, take a look and let us know what you think!

Thank you,

NFire Labs

The NFire 1 is the worlds first truly modular 3D Printer which can change and adapt to your own personal journey through 3D printing. If you purchase a small 3D printer and then want to print larger objects, currently you would have to buy a new 3D printer. Not any more. If you purchase the standard sized NFire 1 3D printer all you have to do is upgrade the axis and you can instantly double your build volume! Simply swap out the specific components and you are good to go. Printing in dual colours with the NFire 1 is as easy as printing with a single colour with a simple upgrade! We have focused on making upgradeability as easy as possible.

Cool project. How's the 3D Printing community responding to it thus far?

Very nice product, i also like the website.
I have a question, as your Kickstart company is located in Europe. Do you currently experience having relatively more backers from Europe then from the USA?
