I've been helping a life-long friend of mine get his new company off the ground and we just launched our Kickstarter campaign yesterday.
Salivation is developing a groundbreaking culinary software program, the SalivationTM System, which features elite chefs from famous restaurants guiding home chefs through the complete preparation of five restaurant quality meals. From shopping to plating, Salivation's touchscreen guidance will have you cooking from the start like the chef you'll become. It's as close as possible to having a top chef in your kitchen, guiding you every moment of the way to a perfect meal.

I really think Salivation will revolutionize the way people learn how to cook as it will teach you over 100 culinary skills through the act of preparing specific dishes from world-class restaurants (your objective will be to make the meal, but in doing so, you will inherently learn real culinary skills).
