Kickstarter Marketing Agencies? Zeptopress etc...

Hi, I'm not sure if this has been brought up, a search hasn't picked up anything. But I was wondering if anyone has any experience dealing with Zeptopress (who claim to specialise in kickstarter campaigns etc..). They promise to write up press releases and bring in traffic etc..
Scam scanner says its a very new website, so i'm not sure if it's trust worthy?
That said, does anyone have any positive experience with ANY PR agency in general? someone who can send out press releases etc.. and not cost a fortune.
