Looking for UK resident to start KickStarting

Here is an IT start-up, currently we are developing an application for Android, will be ready in a few month. Can't reveal much about application itself since it is not yet published
Can only say that the app is about tracking you life, idea & method are Brand New + user friendly, has a large segment of potential clients. We expect this app to generate few millions of users during couple of years.
We are based in Riga Latvia right now, and with this *lovely* KickStarter policy we can't start campaign based in Latvia. We need crowd-funding to make this app for IOS and add some additional awesome features.
We are Looking for a person, UK resident, with experience in launching successful crowd-funding campaigns on kickstarter, very good understanding of the platform and how to promote there. We want this person to become part of the team and be responsible for crowd-funding on that platform, as well as make all necessary registrations in UK (bank account etc) The financial gains can be discussed in private in case you want to join the project, but most likely i would like to offer negotiable % of the gains campaign will bring (if it is allowed by the kickstarter policy) Still doing due-diligence about all this industry =))
