I've been working on a small side project based on the chain productivity method mentioned on Lifehacker a couple of years ago. The idea is that you use a wall calendar to mark off days that you make progress toward a goal, forming a chain of crossed-off days. If you skip a day, you don't mark the calendar. This way you get a chain of activity, with the idea to not break the chain by skipping a day.

I couldn't find a good calendar that would provide the chain functionality for an entire year so I built my own :)

This is the first Kickstarter I've done. I'm a software engineer so doing all the promotion and marketing is absolutely foreign. But already I've picked up quite a few tips and hints from reading through kickstarterforum.org. Thanks to everyone who has contributed.

We launched yesterday, and have a 30 day campaign. No doubt I'll be back to share updates!

Cheers,
Dean

Cool project, especially with all the new years resolutions going on! I think it's something I'd use, but for simpler goals.

Regarding tips, I just published this article on optimizing your campaign structure. Hope it's helpful!
