Your thoughts on multiple crowdfunders for one project?

Would you back a project on Kickstarter if you saw the same project on IndieGoGo?

What are your thoughts/opinions?

When I see projects on multiple crowd-funding sites it makes me cringe; Is this company fly-by-night? Do they need ALL of these sites to be a success? This is something I have thought many times and noted that the project managers don't mention this.... any thoughts on this?

Hello,
I'm researching about crowdfunding for last couple of weeks and somewhere I read that it's good to have a single project at only one site.. it would be easy to focus for marketing and promotions.

I currently have my project on 2, just to try and get more awareness and reach a larger pool of people.

I personally wouldn't. I don't like the idea of multiple crowdfunding projects. It's also very hard to promote two.
