What did I get myself into?

Got a great idea. Start a kickstarter, get lots of money, complete project, change the world, all done!
easy right!
yeah, not so much.
So here is what I have accomplished in the first 5 days.

I have twitter https://twitter.com/ItsTheGODComplx 30 followers
I did some shameless self promotion, https://exploreb2b.com/articles/life-starts-with-a-whimper
and some more here, http://seekingalpha.com/author/papa-of-four/instablog
and the grand total raised is $31.. lol
So is my idea too big, too confusing, badly presented or just plain BAD.
I would welcome any and all thoughts, as you all seam to have much more idea about what you are doing than I do.
