Kickstarter is supporting politics?

I'm not familiar with all kickstarter rules, but it seems, that kickstarter is "supporting" projects like this.

Is the crew of Kickstarter really watching the videos to a project, before allowing a project to start?
I mean a swastika on a map of russia in this video doenst really help to solve confclicts..
and Kickstarter is making money with their fees..
