I can meet the other requirements, but I don't have a finished product yet...... I can't do any discounts or giveaways.

Yea, you need to have the finished product (have shipped out your rewards) and be selling it on your website.

Oops! I may be a bit guilty of spamming. I just joined and, speed-reading through multiple posts and threads, I could have sworn that I read somewhere that for us to leave our Kickstarter project URL. So, I have been leaving the project link (no graphics, just the simple URL). But, now I'm reading more clearly that leave your website link! Ouch.
