When you're running a startup, you naturally have to wear a lot of hats and are better at some things than others. I suppose you compensate for lack of skill in one area through team members and cofounders. Sometimes, it can be hard to find those in your local area.
I've always wanted to be more technical, whether that's hardware or product focused. I can be technical, but it's not my passion so much. What skill do you wish you had?

Art, as in the ability to draw.

A longer attention span would be nice.. Failing that i would take the skill to push people to my campaigns on mass

Focus! I tend to get distracted quite easily, with focus, you can get a lot done.... it takes discipline!

Skill that I wish to have for my startup is coding. But it's not mine
And in 'real' life what I really want is to draw and play guitar.

Other than flight?
I wish I could stop worrying about the technical and focus more on the directorial with most stuff.

Successfully Outsourcing! I tend to find myself taking on way too many components of the work for projects I'm involved with, which leaves me with less energy and focus than I would like to put into them. I'm fortunate with Connection Deck to have two extraordinary partners, but I wish I had better success at outsourcing, whether it be programming, design, assistant work, etc.
I love the principles behind 4 hour work week, but find mine tends to be a lot longer

Podcasting and Interviews. I have a mentor who's showing me the ropes for that though.
