Hi gang,
I am starting a brand new YouTube video series called the Dollar Pledge Club. The basic idea is for the community to come together and help each other succeed $1 at a time. You can watch the video for the full explanation:

Hi Tim,
What a great idea and thanks for putting the effort into creating a vehicle for crowdfunding project creators to support and promote each other. I just submitted my KS campaign to you by email. My project ends in 7 days and I may be too late, but thought I'd send it anyway. I also subscribed to your youtube channel and will share videos/projects as you post them.
Best,
Rachael at Salvaged Studio

Hi Rachel, I just got your email. Thanks for participating! I'm aiming to have the first episode up by Friday morning so if yours is featured then it should have that full day remaining. To be honest though, it is hard to say how much reach the first couple episodes will have since it is a brand new series.
Best of luck to you.

This is great! As a game designer, I have just run into a huge fiasco trying to get my game reviewed by the A-listers out there. They generally want $250 per review and make you play by all their rules. They have the client/provider scenario a little backwards. I even asked for a PRE-view once just to get someone to look at the game and give first impressions, and they wanted me to swipe my credit card. I understand that people need paid for their time, but isn't the point of Kickstarter to help people reach their dreams? It certainly takes money to make money, even on KS! So having a program like this would be wonderful for exposure! Where do I sign up!?

ugh...paid reviews. Is there anything worse?
Davy I think you will especially like the first episode coming out this Friday. I have an interview with a project creator of table top games that has run several successful campaigns.
I'm still taking submissions until 11:59 PM on Wednesday for the Dollar Pledge push. Per the instructions in the video, just submit projects to
tips@dollarpledgeclub.comThanks for checking it out,
Tim

I'm not sure but we will find out! In reality, until (unless) this builds some good traffic, the first several episodes probably won't contribute too much to any campaign. I'm just hoping that people can look beyond their own self-interests in their own project to try and help someone else out.
But I'm also going to include advice from successful campaign creators so there will be content worth watching outside of the $1 pledge push.
