Sbriggman we could write a book on what we've learned. KS has been a huge part to our business and have nothing but luv for this company ! One thing we've always done was treat every customer like a friend and not a number. We honestly answer every email & PM. We go above and beyond to make it work. What can I say, I love my job !

Great practice and advice. They're paying your bills. You need to treat them like royalty.
