No taxes for business owners that make under x amount and have less than x employees. Self-employed wouldn't factor in. You would only be able to take advantage of the law if you had at least 1 part time worker.
I would be able to hire more people and contribute more to the community if it weren't for all the taxes and expenses that go into running a small business. Then again - there are other people who would likely take advantage of the law in some way.

Free higher education.
I think a lot of people don't continue their education because they don't have enough money to pay for it. Yes, there are scholarships and grants, but out of the many people that apply for them only a few actually get them.

Free health insurance and housing (based on family size) all provided by the Govt. That's the way it should be.
