The challenges you’ll face after the funding campaign are daunting and must be addressed early on. “You’ve got to have an e-commerce site up and running, a supply chain and distribution network, and way to handle fulfillment and warehousing.

Thank you. I meant in regard to building momentum throughout the Kickstarter, but helpful advice nonetheless.

This is some good stuff. Thanks for the info! How would you suggest going about celebrating milestones? By updating the project page with neat stuff or maybe thanking individuals via social networking?

I would do video/picture updates to celebrate milestones. Yea shout-outs are also a great way to do that. You can also post photos on instagram/twitter or do a funny vine video or gif.
