Our Kickstarter has reached 75% of our funding goal, but we need help to push us over the top!
We are Nepali Tea Traders and we are bringing some of the best teas in the world from Nepal to the US market and we need your help. Click the link above now and back us!!!
We don't just bring the tea to the US, we help Nepal in the process. Historically, Nepal's teas have been grown by farmers and workers making only a few dollars a day, then carried across the border to India and exported as Indian tea. This has stopped Nepali farmers from commanding the price they deserve for their teas.
We have the opportunity to change this dynamic – and dramatically change lives in Nepal. Your support can make a difference by helping to ensure that Nepal’s small farmers make fair wages and receive a fair share of the profits for their premium teas. This transformation – a growing tea industry that exports directly to the U.S. – would mean that revenues are retained in Nepal, enabling education, healthcare and reinvestment in the tea industry.
