Hey, I'm new to kickstarter.

i'm an iOS and web developer and am quite excited about starting my new kickstarter project: http://kck.st/1m4hu82.

As this is the first time I have ever done any type of crowd funding so if there are any tips and advice you can give me please do so. Also, please say hello if you're an iOS Developer I would love to strengthen my circle

Just an idea maybe you could get in contact with organisations like CoderDojo who tech children to code.
maybe ask them to ask the children to try your methods and get there feed back and it might spread through there networks

How's the reception been from your newsletter and blog community? What will the 2k goal allow you to achieve (where will the funds go?)

I'm a great admirer of coders/programmers so I really hope the best for you. I tried it and it's top brain stuff. If I had your skill, I'd be coding my game myself. So best of luck to you.
