Hi! My name is Meg and I recently launched my first project on Kickstarter. We are one week in and the project is 19% funded. My project is raising money for the first run of Baker's Passport Activity Kits - which are all in one activity kits designed to get kids off the couch and into the kitchen to learn the fundamentals of Baking and a New Language!

The Activity Kits include the baking passport (step by step recipe and interactive language lesson - French, Japanese, or Spanish), a souvenir passport and stamp, a baker's hat and apron, a kids-sized smiley spoon, and a re-usable kids-sized grocery tote.

Hey Meg, I'm new to Kickstarter myself so I can't offer too many suggestions but I can offer a bit of feedback. I love the video and the concept! I love cooking and baking and it is definitely a dying art. I'm glad to see such an interesting concept!

I just launched my first campaign as well. I don't have much advice, but I love your idea! I love baking and it's great that you combine it with learning a new language. LOVE your video! I'm still working on getting the word out, but I have been posting on a lot of forums such as this one. I hope it helps! Let me know if you have suggestions on getting the word out as well.

Yes I did reach out to mommy/parenting bloggers and have gotten some coverage. A lot charge for posts, so that makes it a little more challenging.

How much did the ones you research charge? Can you link to your coverage? Would love to check it out
