Hey guys! My name's Bryant. I'm running a Kickstarter for a short Fantasy Western film, and I was wondering if you guys had any pointers on how we might be able to secure some more backers.

We've been reaching out to geek blogs, fantasy/science fiction sites, and other places for a while, but we've hit a wee bit of a brick wall. If anyone's got any insight, it'd be much appreciated.

Have you reached out to any local bloggers, publications, or organizations?

I think if you let us know what your plans are for the short, it would help. Westerns are such a weird niche (we made a feature in 2010) that they have a following. Try to tap into that. Is it going to be used to make a feature? Why is the story being told? Emphasize those things!
