What if you could stop time, do whatever you want, and no one would know it was you? How would you use that power? Would you help others in need? Or would you use it to exploit them? College burnout Emit Pots must decide how to use that power after he is diagnosed as a functional schizophrenic and put on an experimental drug program, only to discover the medication has awakened a dormant psychic ability to stop time.
